Cookies are small files that are installed on the USER’s terminal when visiting a website in order to store data that can be updated and retrieved by the person responsible for its installation. If the USER does not register or leave personal information on the site, the server will be aware that someone with that cookie returned to the website but it will be impossible to associate the navigation to a specific and identified USER.

  • Technical Cookies: allow the User to navigate through a web page, platform or application and the use of the different options or services that exist in it such as, for example, control traffic and data communication, identify the session or make the purchase process of an order.
  • Personalization Cookies: allow the User to access the service with some general characteristics predefined according to a series of criteria in the user’s terminal, such as the language or type of browser.
  • Analytical Cookies: allow the responsible for them, monitoring and analyzing the behavior of users of the websites to which they are linked. The information collected is used to measure the activity of the websites, application or platform and for the elaboration of browsing profiles of the users of these sites, applications and platforms, in order to introduce improvements based on the analysis of the data made by the users of the service.
  • Advertising Cookies: allow the management, in the most effective way possible of the advertising spaces that, where appropriate, the publisher has included on a website, application or platform from which it provides the requested service based on criteria such as the edited content or the frequency at which the ads are displayed.


The user can configure your browser to not install cookies or to receive an on-screen warning each time a cookie wants to install, being able to decide at any time whether to accept it or not. Likewise, the user can later decide to delete the cookies installed by changing the configuration of your browser or deleting them manually through the same.
