PARTIDA is a logistics operator founded in 1923 by Fernando Partida Palma who was established as a Freight Forwarder in the Port of Algeciras to manage and carry out the shipments of goods destined for Tangier and Ceuta.
With the passing of time it became a Logistic Operator in Spain specialized in the Import/Export of goods between Europe and Africa. The family structure has always remained unchanged. In 2015, the Ramos y Partida family decided to join forces in order to provide a more complete service.

What do we do and where?

Today PARTIDA provides Customs and Logistics services for goods transported by container and truck through the Port of Algeciras and Motril.

We are located in Algeciras, a privileged geographical enclave. Meeting point of the Mediterranean Sea with the Atlantic Ocean, southern gateway to Europe and northern gateway to Africa and one of the areas with the highest density of international maritime traffic, whose constant growth has consolidated this port as the undisputed leader of the Spanish port system and in the Top 5 of the European Union.

In PARTIDA, we have been adapting our structure and means in line with the constant growth of the volume of goods, without losing our agility and excellence in service. An important policy in favor of quality, has led PARTIDA to achieve the AEO Certification, which has been re-certified in the past year 2018.
As a logistics operator in Spain we have a team of more than 100 people located in the office of Algeciras, PIF (Border Inspection Port) and in the Delegation of the Port of Motril. Our work philosophy and dedication is the key to achieve and maintain the trust of our customers, we have companies that have been with us for more than 50 years.

COMPLIANCE POLICY STATEMENT.

PARTIDA has become the first Customs Representative in Spain to obtain the Compliance Certificate.

PARTIDA's management, in its firm commitment to crime prevention, has promoted and provided the necessary resources to make it effective, the design and implementation of a Crime Prevention and Detection Management System, certified in accordance with the UNE 19601 standard.

With this management system, there is zero tolerance for irregular and illegal actions in our sector, while enhancing transparency, communication and collaboration with customs, para-customs and port administrations and law enforcement agencies.

PARTIDA's Legal Department stresses that to implement this system it is necessary to instill a Compliance culture among the workforce, constantly analyzing work procedures to minimize the risk of committing crimes and providing efficient communication channels to quickly activate the Criminal Compliance Protocol, in case of any suspicion.
